Once I’ve confirmed that I’m available for your wedding date and you’ve chosen the package that’s right for you, securing your date is simple.

I’ll send you a booking invoice for £250.00, along with your photography contract to read through and sign. Once your booking fee has been paid and your contract completed, your wedding date will be officially reserved in my diary.

The remaining balance is then due 8 weeks before your wedding day.

Once everything is booked, you can relax knowing your wedding photography is taken care of and I’ll be here along the way if you have any questions or need any advice before the big day.

Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration in Europe or a wedding a little further afield, I’d love to hear all about your plans.

Every destination wedding is unique, so please get in touch and I’ll create a bespoke photography package tailored to your day, location and requirements.

All of my wedding packages include one photographer as standard, so in most cases it will be me capturing your day.

If you’d like additional coverage, a second photographer can be added to your package. This can be particularly useful for larger weddings, capturing both partners getting ready, or photographing your day from two different perspectives.

Absolutely. I know that weddings don’t always run exactly to schedule, so if you decide you’d like me to stay a little longer, additional coverage can usually be added on the day.

Where possible, I do appreciate a little notice, but I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

Additional photography coverage is available at £150 per hour, subject to availability.

Your finished wedding gallery will usually be delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding day.

Every image is carefully selected and individually edited to ensure your final gallery receives the time and attention it deserves. During particularly busy periods, turnaround times may vary slightly, but I’ll always keep you updated if this is the case.

I know how exciting it is waiting to relive your day, so I’ll also send you a selection of sneak peek images shortly after your wedding to enjoy while you wait for your full gallery.

Absolutely. Your photographs deserve to be enjoyed beyond the screen, and you’ll be able to order beautiful, professional-quality prints directly through your private online gallery.

I can also create bespoke wedding albums, beautifully designed using your favourite images from the day and professionally printed to the highest standard.

Drone coverage may be available for selected weddings; however, it cannot be guaranteed.

The use of a drone is dependent on a number of factors, including weather conditions, venue permissions, location restrictions and relevant flight regulations. Safety and legal requirements will always take priority.

Where drone coverage is available and suitable for your wedding, this can be discussed as part of your package.

My style is natural, relaxed and timeless, with a focus on capturing genuine moments as they happen.

I love documenting all of the little details, emotions and interactions that make your wedding uniquely yours, alongside beautifully composed portraits of the two of you. I’ll offer gentle direction when it’s needed, but I never want your day to feel like one long photoshoot.

Absolutely and you’re definitely not alone!

Most of my couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera, so please don’t worry. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands, that’s my job.

I’ll gently guide you when needed while keeping things relaxed and natural. My aim is for you to enjoy spending time together and almost forget the camera is there.

Every wedding is different, so I don’t promise an exact number of photographs.

I carefully select and professionally edit the images that best tell the story of your day, from the big moments to all of those little ones you may not have even noticed happening.

Your final gallery will be carefully curated rather than filled with duplicates or unnecessary images, giving you a beautiful collection that genuinely reflects your wedding day.

Please don’t worry, this is a British wedding, after all!

The weather is one of the few things we can’t control, but it certainly doesn’t mean you won’t have beautiful photographs. I’ll work with the conditions on the day, make use of your venue and surroundings and take advantage of any breaks in the weather.

It would take exceptional circumstances for me not to be there, but I completely understand why couples want reassurance about this.

In the unlikely event that illness or an emergency prevented me from photographing your wedding, I would do everything reasonably possible to arrange a trusted, experienced professional photographer to step in and provide your coverage.

Your photographs would still be handled with the same care and attention throughout the editing and delivery process.
